STARTUP AS A SERVICE / by HubbleField

From idea or fragile MVP to an investable technology business.

Senior product, technology and commercial operators to validate, build and strengthen your venture before the next commitment becomes expensive.

Operator pathway

You do not need another generic app agency.

You need evidence, senior judgement and a build path that survives scrutiny. The pathway keeps product, technology, market and operating decisions connected.

01

Diagnose

Read the product, market, technology and team risks before budget gets locked in.

02

Validate

Test the riskiest assumptions with buyers, users, prototypes and board-ready evidence.

03

Build

Translate validated scope into controlled product and engineering delivery.

04

Operate

Support launch, governance, roadmap and handover while the permanent team forms.

Readiness review

Start with the diagnostic before the build.

The Startup Readiness Review gives you a board-ready view of product, market, technology, team and investment evidence. It ends with a recommendation: validate, build, repair, pause or re-scope.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is Startup as a Service a development agency?

No. It can coordinate build work, but the starting point is evidence and operating judgement. The aim is to decide what should be built and why before delivery spend increases.

Do you take equity or raise investment?

No investment-advice, broking or fundraising service is offered through this site. The work focuses on readiness evidence, product, technology and operating plans.

Can you help if we already have an MVP?

Yes. The readiness review can audit a fragile MVP, identify whether to repair or rebuild, and create a clearer roadmap for the next stage.

Who owns the IP?

IP ownership is agreed in the client engagement terms before work begins. The public website does not create a client relationship by itself.

Can this support portfolio companies?

Yes. Portfolio venture-building is a primary route, especially where an established business has domain access but needs product, technology and launch support.

Where does TechDD fit?

TechDD provides technology-assurance perspective where architecture, security, scalability, AI-generated code or investor scrutiny could affect the venture decision.
